Conveyor Types  

Timing Belt Conveyors Timing Belts are commonly used for plastic or lightweight pallets. Being positively driven and wire reinforced, they require very low maintenance.     Flat Top Chain ConveyorsFlat Top Chain is commonly used in harsh environments. Capable of handling heavy weights, Flat Top Chain is great in situations where a tote or carrier has an uneven bottom, which would prevent the use of Low Back Pressure Chains.       Accessories   Metering Stops Metering Stops are used to single out products for entry into or exit from a process or station. They can be designed to meter from the side or the bottom in a dual lane system.     Lift and LocatesLift and Locates are used to precisely hold a pallet or carrier above a conveyor for accurate positioning. They also elevate the pallet above the belt or chain to eliminate any vibration.     Pusher/CrowdersPushers/Crowders are used to push a pallet into a rail or end stop for precise positioning.     Elevators An Elevator/Lowerator is used to vertically move a pallet up or down to construct an over/under system. These are commonly built with Pneumatics and Timing Belts, allowing the conveyor to travel in both directions.     Pop Up TransfersPop-up Transfers are used to remove a pallet from the system or redirect a pallet onto another lane. They can be designed into either the end or the middle of a pallet line.
